Stadsbiblioteket Nordhorn er det største bibliotek i Landkreis Grafschaft Bentheim, Niedersachsen.
Stadsbiblioteket Nordhorn går tilbage til et offentligt bibliotek, der blev grundlagt i 1873. Efter skiftende placeringer blev hovedkontoret i 2001 indkvarteret i en moderne bygning ved Büchereiplatz lige bag Nordhorns rådhus, hvor der er ca. 1.600 m² til rådighed. I samme år modtog biblioteket den nedersaksiske bibliotekpris fra VGH-fondet. Efter at Landkreis Grafschaft Bentheim trak sig tilbage fra driften af biblioteket i 2009, ændrede biblioteket sit navn fra Euregio-bibliotek til Stadsbiblioteket Nordhorn.
