De stadsbibliotheek Nordhorn is de grootste bibliotheek in de gemeente Grafschaft Bentheim, Nedersaksen.
De stadsbibliotheek Nordhorn gaat terug op een in 1873 opgerichte openbare bibliotheek. Na verschillende locaties vond in 2001 de huisvesting van de hoofdvestiging plaats in een modern gebouw aan het Büchereiplatz, direct achter het stadhuis van Nordhorn, waar ongeveer 1.600 m² beschikbaar is. In hetzelfde jaar ontving de bibliotheek de Niedersächsischen Bibliothekspreis van de VGH-Stiftung. Nadat de gemeente Grafschaft Bentheim zich in 2009 had teruggetrokken uit het beheer van de bibliotheek, veranderde de bibliotheek haar naam van Euregio-Bücherei in stadsbibliotheek Nordhorn.
