Einhornhöhle er den største tilgængelige hule i de vestlige Harz-bjerge. Rummene blev dannet i dolomitskifer som resultat af gradvis vejrbetinget nedbrydning over mange tusinde år. Hulen har en længde på 610 m, og for besøgende er der en guidet tur i et afsnit på cirka 270 m. Undervejs kommer man ind i store sale, som rummene kaldes. Hulen er tilgængelig gennem en tunnel bygget i 1905.
