La Einhornhöhle est la plus grande grotte accessible des montagnes du Harz occidental. Les espaces se sont formés dans la roche dolomitique à la suite d'une érosion progressive sur plusieurs milliers d'années. La grotte a une longueur de 610 m, pour les visiteurs, une visite guidée d'une section d'environ 270 m. En chemin, on entre dans de grandes salles, comme on appelle les pièces. La grotte est accessible par un tunnel construit en 1905.
