Møllen De Vrouw Johanna er en gallerihollænder i Emden i Ostfriesland. Møllen blev opført i år 1804 på Emder Wall, der er den tidligmoderne bybefæstning i Emden. Johanna-møllen er en efterfølger for en allerede eksisterende vindmølle på stedet. Møllen er beskyttet som kulturarv og ejes af byen Emden, som har udlejet bygningen til Emder Mühlenverein.
