Borken Station er den centrale station i byen Borken og et vigtigt transportknudepunkt i det vestlige Münsterland i delstaten Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Borken Station blev taget i brug i 1880 og er en tidligere krydsningsstation på strækningen Winterswijk – Gelsenkirchen-Bismarck, strækningen Empel-Rees – Münster og Nordbanen for Westfälische Landes-Eisenbahn. Siden 1996 har den været endestation for den eneste tilbageværende strækning, der er i drift, Borken – Gelsenkirchen-Bismarck.
