Bonn Münster, også kaldet Münsterbasilika, er den katolske hovedkirke i Bonn og et vartegn for byen. Den blev bygget i det 11. århundrede som den romanske stiftkirke St. Cassius og Florentius af Cassius-stiftet. Efter sekulariseringen af stiftet i begyndelsen af det 19. århundrede og nedrivningen af den nærliggende sognkirke St. Martin i 1812 kom Münsteret i besiddelse af sogn St. Martin. Siden 1956 har Münsteret haft titlen Basilica minor. Bonn Münster gennemgår en totalrenovering siden 2017, og interiøret er genåbnet siden 31. oktober 2021.
