Kilden til Ruhr i Rothaargebirge er kilden til Ruhr, en 219,3 km lang højre biflod til Rhinen i distriktet Hochsauerlandkreis, Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Kilden til Ruhr ligger i det nordøstlige Rothaargebirge i Hochsauerland. Det ligger i Sauerland-Rothaargebirge naturpark, ca. 3 km nordøst for kernen af Winterberg på den nordøstlige skråning af 695,7 m over havets overflade. NHN høje Ruhrkopf på 674 m højde. Landsbyerne, der ligger tættest på kilden, som begge tilhører Winterberg, er Grönebach, 1,8 km mod nord, og Elkeringhausen, 1,5 km mod sydøst.
