Det istidsmæssige vildtreservat Neandertal er et cirka 23 hektar stort vildtreservat, der blev grundlagt i 1935 i Neandertal nær Düsseldorf.
De dyr, der lever i vildtreservatet, herunder Heck-kvæg, Heck-heste og bisoner, lever under stort set naturlige forhold. På Neandertalerens tid fandtes der også bisoner her, samt de historisk uddøde aurochs og tarpan-heste, som blev jaget af de tidlige mennesker. Heck-kvæget og -hestene er avlsformer, der skal ligne aurocherne og vilde heste i udseende og adfærd. Disse bliver misvisende ligestillet med den vilde form på informationsskiltene.
