Fagklinikken Kloster Grafschaft er et lungehospital i Schmallenberg i det helbredende klimas kursted Grafschaft. Det ligger i det fredede Kloster Grafschaft og tilhører den katolske ordenssamfund af de Barmhjertige Søstre af den hellige Karl Borromeus. Siden april 2012 har hospitalet været et undervisningshospital for Philipps-Universität Marburg.
