Heinsberg Slot er ruinen af en randhusgård bygget på en motte i den nordrhein-westfäliske by Heinsberg. Området kendt som Burg- og Kirchberg blev udvidet til en bastioneret fæstning i det 16. århundrede.
Området Burgberg/Kirchberg er en af de største bevarede motter i Rheinland. En naturlig, som strækker sig i kanten af Rurtal ind i lavlandet, blev opdelt ved dobbelt udgravning, nemlig i Burgberg og Kirchberg. Her blev enden af terrænklippen, altså den nuværende Burgberg, kunstigt forhøjet til en hovedhøj på cirka 10 meter. Som forborg fungerede den nuværende Kirchberg, hvorpå den gotiske stiftskirke St. Gangolf blev bygget på terræn af tidligere bygninger i det 15. århundrede. Den præcise byggehistorie for slottet er ikke kendt. Arkæologiske undersøgelser af Burgberg viste overlappende bosættelses- og skraldelag fra det 11. til 16. århundrede.
