Klosteret Dobrilugk var et cistercienserkloster i Lausitz. På dens område opstod efter afslutningen af det åndelige liv i midten af det 17. århundrede det nuværende slot Doberlug.
Abbediet blev grundlagt den 1. maj 1165, på den hellige konge Sigismunds dag, og stod under beskyttelse af de hellige Sigismund og Heinrich. Det eksisterede indtil det blev ophævet i reformationstiden. Munkene blev bragt til landet på initiativ af markgreven af Østmark/Lausitz Dietrich von Landsberg. Markgrev Dietrich fik støtte i sine grundlæggelsesforanstaltninger fra sine wettiniske slægtninge, ærkebiskop Wichmann af Magdeburg og den masuriske biskop Werner af Płock. Biskop Werner bragte relikvier af den helligede kejser Heinrich med til Dobrilugk, som han havde fået som gave fra Friedrich Barbarossa til jul i 1165 i Aachen.
