Den evangeliske kirke St. Nikolai, egentligt St. Nikolai-kirke eller blot Nikolai-kirke, er en fredet sakralbygning på den Gamle Marked i Potsdam. Den centrale bygning, opkaldt efter Sankt Nikolaus, er i klassicistisk stil og blev opført efter planer af Karl Friedrich Schinkel mellem 1830 og 1837. Den høje tambourkuppel, der strækker sig langt over byens tag, blev bygget fra 1843 til 1850. Byggelederne var Ludwig Persius og fra 1845 Friedrich August Stüler.
I slutningen af Anden Verdenskrig blev sakralbygningen ramt af luftangrebet på Potsdam og blev derefter alvorligt beskadiget af sovjetisk artilleribombardement. Efter mange års genopbygning kunne Guds hus for den evangeliske St. Nikolai-menighed i Potsdam atter indvies i 1981 og har siden været åbent for besøgende dagligt. Udover gudstjenester finder der også koncertarrangementer sted i Nikolai-kirken.
