Rathstock er siden den 31. december 2001 en del af kommunen Alt Tucheband i Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland i Brandenburg. Rathstock er en vejadgangslandsby med oprindeligt to godser, der er nært forbundet med udviklingen af landsbyen. Et meget typisk træk ved Rathstock er de tidligere til godserne hørende boligbygninger i Lindenstraße og i Sachsendorfer Straße.
Rathstock blev første gang nævnt som Rotstok i et dokument fra den 6. juni 1354, hvori markgreven Ludwig I. af Brandenburg solgte land til den frankfurter borger Ebelin Wal.
