Melanchthon-Gymnasium er et gymnasium i Berlins bydel Hellersdorf i distriktet Marzahn-Hellersdorf. Navngiveren af skolen er filologen, filosofen, humanisten, teologen, lærebogsforfatteren og digteren Philipp Melanchthon.
Melanchthon-Gymnasium opstod i 2008 på stedet for Leonard-Bernstein-Oberschule som følge af fusionen med Max-Reinhardt-Gymnasium og bar oprindeligt arbejdstitlen Det Nye Gymnasium. I 2009 fik skolen navnet Melanchthon-Schule, som i 2013 blev forkortet til Melanchthon-Gymnasium.
