Dolgensøen er en 25 hektar stor sø i naturparken Märkische Schweiz i området Ringenwalde, en bydel i kommunen Märkische Höhe i Brandenburger Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland.
Det naturbelagte vand ligger i overgangsområdet mellem den østlige Barnim-skråning og Stobberniederung. Det udgør den sydligste del af en fire-delt søkæde, der dræner et fugtigt levested i Ringenwalder Heide til den Gamle Oder. Den skovomkringt sø bruges til fiskeopdræt og fiskeri og har en badeplads.
