Talsperren Wippra, også kaldet Wippertalsperre og nogle gange også Vorsperre Wippra eller Vorsperre Wipper, i Harzen er en dæmning bygget i 1951 til 1952, der består af en damvæg, en opbevaringssø og et vandkraftværk ved Wipper nær Wippra i Mansfeld-Südharz kommune i Sachsen-Anhalt.
Operatøren er Talsperrenbetrieb Sachsen-Anhalt, der vedligeholder i alt 31 dæmninger. Dæmningen tjener til at hæve lavvand, beskytte mod oversvømmelse, støtte fiskeri, til rekreative aktiviteter og elektricitet produktion.
