La presa Wippra, también llamada presa del valle de Wipper y a veces también pre-presa de Wippra o pre-presa de Wipper, en el Harz, es una instalación de almacenamiento construida entre 1951 y 1952, que consta de un muro de contención, un embalse y una central hidroeléctrica cerca de Wippra, en el distrito de Mansfeld-Südharz en Sajonia-Anhalt.
El operador es la empresa de presas de Sajonia-Anhalt, que mantiene un total de 31 presas. La presa se utiliza para el aumento de aguas bajas, la protección contra inundaciones, la pesca, el esparcimiento y la generación de electricidad.
