Den Katholische Hofkirche i Dresden, med patrocinium af den helligste treenighed, er katedralen for bispedømmet Dresden-Meißen og en bykirke i Dresden. Den blev opført under kurfyrst Friedrich August II. af Sachsen af Gaetano Chiaveri fra 1739 til 1755 i barokstil. I 1964 blev den anerkendt som konkatedral, og i 1980 blev den til katedral for bispedømmet Dresden-Meißen efter flytningen af biskopsædet fra Bautzen til Dresden.
Som tidligere hofkirke er den forbundet med residensslottet via en gang over Chiaverigasse. Den ligger ved den gamle bys Elbe-bred mellem slotlets og teaterpladsen. Dens planlægning begyndte et årti efter byggearbejdet på den evangeliske Frauenkirche, der præger Neumarkt 300 meter væk.
