Gröditz, sorbisk, er en by i østlige del af Bautzen kommune i Østsachsen og har været en del af byen Weißenberg siden 1994. Byen ligger i kanten af Oberlausitzer Gefildes, et frugtbart og bakket område mellem mellembjerge og lavland.
Gröditz ligger cirka 15 kilometer øst for den store by Bautzen, i den nordlige del af Oberlausitzer Gefildes, hvor det overgår til lavlandet. På grund af sin eksponerede beliggenhed på cirka 200 m over havets overflade er byen og især dens kirketårn synlige fra langt væk. Sydøst for byen løber Löbauer Wasser, som har udformet en gennemskæringsdal her, den såkaldte Gröditzer Skala.
