Volksbanken Chemnitz eG er den næststørste cooperative bank i Østtyskland med hovedsæde i Chemnitz.
Bankens retsgrundlag er dens vedtægter og kooperativloven. Organerne i andelsbanken er bestyrelsen, tilsynsrådet og repræsentantskabet. Banken er tilsluttet den officielt anerkendte BVR Institutssicherung GmbH og den supplerende frivillige sikringsordning fra Forbundet af tyske Volksbanken og Raiffeisenbanken e.V.
Volksbanken Chemnitz eG blev grundlagt den 19. september 1869. Efter fusionen i 2003 med Raiffeisenbank Werdau-Zwickau fulgte fusionen med Volksbanken Erzgebirge i 2012.
