Borna-Heinersdorf er en nordlig bydel i Chemnitz. I denne bydel ligger Crimmitschauer Wald, der oprindeligt tilhørte bydelen Altendorf. Röhrsdorfer Höhe, syd for motorvejsafkørslen "Chemnitz-Mitte", udgør nordkanten af Erzgebirgsbækkenet.
Nabo-bydelene er Glösa-Draisdorf og Furth mod øst, Schloßchemnitz og Altendorf mod syd, Röhrsdorf mod vest og Wittgensdorf mod nord.
