Kunstværket Petershörn drænerer det ca. 33.100 hektar store område for Sielacht Bockhorn-Friedeburg gennem Dangaster Tief ind i Jadebugten.
Kunstværket blev bygget fra 1959 til 1962 i Petersgroden og står på en 7–11 m dyb pælefundament bestående af 900 træpæle. Det er udstyret med fire skovlhjulspumper, der sammen kan pumpe 48 m³/s. Teknologien blev fuldstændig fornyet mellem 2010 og 2012, og en omfattende overvågnings- og kontrolfunktion blev installeret. Unterschöpfwerke Hiddels, Sanderahm, Güstfenne, Gooseschloot og Kalbschloot kan derefter fjernstyres centralt fra styrrummet på kunstværket Petershörn.
