Heidelberg-Altstadt station er en station i den østlige del af Heidelbergs gamle bydel. Indtil 13. december 2008 hed stationen Heidelberg Karlstor.
Den oprindelige modtagelsesbygning blev opført ved bygningen af Neckartalbahn i årene 1872 og 1873 overfor Karlstor. Den nuværende bygning er resultatet af en ombygning fra 1934 til 1936. Bygningen er fredet.
