Het station Heidelberg-Altstadt is een station aan de oostelijke rand van de oude stad van Heidelberg. Tot 13 december 2008 heette het station Heidelberg Karlstor.
Het oorspronkelijke ontvangersgebouw werd gebouwd tijdens de aanleg van de Neckartalbahn in de jaren 1872 en 1873 tegenover het Karlstor. Het huidige gebouw is het resultaat van een verbouwing van 1934 tot 1936. Het gebouw staat onder monumentenzorg.
