Meisdorf er en bydel i byen Falkenstein/Harz i Landkreis Harz i Sachsen-Anhalt. I 2000 blev Meisdorf en statskendt ferieby.
Meisdorf ligger ved østskråningen af Harzen i øst for Naturpark Harz/Sachsen-Anhalt på cirka 200 m over havets overflade. Den bliver gennemstrømmet af Selke, som danner Selketal i det tilhørende Unterharz og Mansfelder Land. Sydvest for Meisdorf ligger ovenfor floden ruinerne af Anhalt Slot, Falkenstein Slot samt ruinerne af Alter Falkenstein og Ackeburg. Vest for byen ligger kilden Strulle.
