Meisdorf es una localidad del municipio de Falkenstein/Harz en el distrito de Harz en Sajonia-Anhalt. En 2000, Meisdorf fue reconocido como un lugar de descanso por el estado.
Meisdorf se encuentra en la vertiente oriental del Harz, en el este del Parque Natural Harz/Sajonia-Anhalt, a unos 200 m sobre el nivel del mar. Es atravesado por el Selke, que forma el valle de Selke en la parte inferior del Harz y la Tierra de Mansfeld. Al suroeste de Meisdorf, por encima del río, se encuentran las ruinas del castillo de Anhalt, el castillo de Falkenstein y las localidades de los castillos de Alter Falkenstein y Ackeburg. Al oeste de la localidad se encuentra la fuente Strulle.
