Naturreservatet Badraer Lehde-Großer Eller ligger i Kyffhäuserkreis i Thüringen øst for Badra og nordvest for Steinthaleben, begge delområder i kommunen Kyffhäuserland. Nordvest for området løber landevejen L 1040, og det 541,5 ha store naturschutzgebiet Schloßberg - Solwiesen strækker sig. Lige sør for flyder Badraer Bach, og nord for løber statsgrænsen til Sachsen-Anhalt.
Det 81,9 ha store område, der består af to delområder med NSG-nr. 316, blev fredet i 1997.
