Duderstadt Station var en driftssted på jernbanelinjen Leinefelde–Wulften i Duderstadt i det sydlige Niedersachsen.
De første bestræbelser på at etablere en jernbaneforbindelse til byen Duderstadt begyndte i midten af det 19. århundrede. I 1889 blev delstrækningen fra Wulften til Duderstadt bygget, og stationen blev først åbnet som endestation ved den sydlige bygrænse. I 1898 blev den resterende del af strækningen fra Duderstadt til Leinefelde taget i brug, og endestationen blev til en gennemgåendestation. Stationen bestod af en modtagebygning, en godshus og en flere sporskifter samt adskillige sporanlæg med 2 perroner.
