Duderstadt station was a railway station on the Leinefelde–Wulften railway in Duderstadt in southern Lower Saxony.
The first efforts for a railway closure in the city of Duderstadt began in the middle of the 19th century. In 1889, the section from Wulften to Duderstadt was built and the railway station was opened on the southern outskirts of the city, initially as a terminus. In 1898, the remaining section of the line from Duderstadt to Leinefelde was put into operation, and the terminus became a through station. The station consisted of a station building, a goods shed and a multi-track locomotive shed as well as numerous tracks with 2 platforms.
