Neuenheerse er en landsby med cirka 1545 indbyggere og har siden 1975 været en del af Bad Driburg, Kreis Höxter, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Tyskland.
Stedet ligger på østskrænten af Eggegebirge i Teutoburger Wald / Eggegebirge naturpark i Ostwestfalen-Lippe.
Midt i byen, ved Stiftskirken, udspringer Nethe, og ved den østlige bygrænse, nær Antoniusklus, udspringer Öse. Om landsbyen grænser Klusenberg, Kössenberg, Bollberg, Weinberg, Netheberg og Steinberg.
Naboer til stedet er Altenheerse, Driburg, Dringenberg, Herbram, Herbram-Wald, Kühlsen, Schwaney og Willebadessen.
