Treptow-Köpenick er den niende forvaltningsområde i Berlin og havde 273.689 indbyggere pr. 31. december 2019. Området, der ligger i den sydøstlige del af byen, er Berlins største bydel i areal og præges af sine udstrakte skovområder og vandflader. Berlins største sø, Müggelsee, ligger i området.
Området blev dannet efter forvaltningsreformen i 2001 ved sammenlægning af de tidligere selvstændige bydele Treptow og Köpenick.
