Havnen i Skagen er havnen i den danske by Skagen på den yderste nordspids af øen Vendsyssel-Thy nord for Jylland, og ligger dermed præcis på grænsen mellem Skagerrak og Kattegat. Anlægget af havnen i Skagen blev påbegyndt i 1904, og 3 år senere blev havnen officielt taget i brug. I de følgende 100 år er der sket meget.
