Clausholm Slot er et stort dansk landhus beliggende ca. 12 km sydøst for Randers i Østjylland. Det er en af Danmarks fineste barokbygninger.
Slotts oprindelse ser ud til at gå tilbage til det 12. århundrede, men det nævnes først i det 14. århundrede, da dets ejer, Lage Ovesen, var en af lederne af jyske oprør mod Valdemar Atterdag. På dette tidspunkt var Clausholm en bygning med fire fløje omgivet af en grav. Men da den første danske statsminister, stor-kansler Conrad von Reventlow, erhvervede ejendommen i 1690'erne, var den i en så trist tilstand, at han rev den ned og fik bygget dagens to-etagers, tre-fløjede bygning på stedet. Den blev designet af den danske arkitekt Ernst Brandenburger med hjælp fra svensken Nicodemus Tessin den Yngre.
