Runesten fra Kingigtorssuaq blev fundet i 1824 i et stenmonument på toppen af et bjerg på øen Kingigtorssuaq, nord for Upernavik i Vestgrønland. Stenen har en inskription i grønlandske runeskrift og er nu i det danske Nationalmuseum i København.
Stenen stammer fra middelalderen. Den katolske encyklopædi angiver som præcis dato den 25. april 1135. Andre dateringer varierer fra 1250 til 1333.
