Assens Kommune er en kommune i Region Syddanmark på vestkysten af øen Fyn i det centrale Danmark. Kommunen dækker et område på 513 km2 og har en samlet befolkning på 41.443. Dens borgmester fra 1. januar 2014 er Søren Steen Andersen, medlem af det agrarliberale Venstre.
