Quirós er en kommune i Fyrstendømmet Asturien.
Den grænser op til nord med kommunerne Santo Adriano og Morcín; syd med kommunen Lena og med provinsen León; øst med kommunerne Riosa, Morcín og Lena og vest med kommunerne Proaza og Teverga.
Geografisk består det af to dale: dalen ved floden Ricabo, som fødes i skyggen af Peña Cigal og styrkes af vandet fra kilden Los Garrafes, og dalen ved Lindes, der har sin oprindelse i kilden El Nacimiento, i hjertet af Puerto Agüeria, meget tæt på den forrige og grænsen til provinsen León.
