Salou er en kommune i comarcaen Tarragonès, i provinsen Tarragona i Catalonien, Spanien. Byen ligger cirka 10 km fra Tarragona og Reus ved Costa Dorada og 112 km fra Barcelona. Byen har mange strande, adskilt af klippefyldte bugter. En af de vigtigste attraktioner er PortAventura-resortet, som inkluderer Ferrari Land og PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park, tidligere ejet af NBC Universal. Salou er en turistdestination takket være det middelhavsklima og har mange turistfaciliteter. Salou er også udgangspunkt for den katalanske runde af World Rally Championship.
