San Vicente dels Horts[1][2][3][4] er en by og kommune
i den spanske region Bajo Llobregat, i provinsen Barcelona, Katalonien. De nabocommuner til San Vicente er: Vallirana, San Feliu de Llobregat, Molíns de Rey og San Juan Despí.
Integreret i regionen Bajo Llobregat ligger den 13 kilometer fra den catalanske hovedstad. Kommunen ligger på højre bred af floden Llobregat og krydses af motorvejen Nordøst A-2 mellem pK 600 og 603, samt af den gamle vej N-II, den nationale vej N-340, der går mod Villafranca del Panadés og Tarragona, og den lokale vej BV-2005, der forbinder med Torrellas de Llobregat.
