Sant Vicenç dels Horts és una ciutat i municipi de la comarca del Baix Llobregat a 16,9 km de la Ciutat Comtal. Forma part de l'àrea metropolitana de Barcelona. És a la riba dreta del Llobregat, el seu terme limita al sud amb els municipis de Santa Coloma de Cervelló, al nord amb Pallejà, a l'est amb Sant Feliu de Llobregat i Molins de Rei , al sud-oest amb Torrelles de Llobregat i a l'oest amb Cervelló. El nucli de població és entre les rieres de Cervelló i de Torrelles que desemboquen al riu Llobregat. A l'oest hi ha la Serralada Litoral.
