Piornal er en spansk kommune i provinsen Cáceres, Extremadura. Den ligger i fællesskabet i Valle del Jerte, på grænsen til fællesskabet Vera, som man kan nå gennem dens bjergpas. Den hæver sig til 1175 meter over havets overflade, over højlandet i Sierra de Tormantos, i skråningerne af Sierra de Gredos. Dens gennemsnitlige højde er 1200 meter over havet, den højeste i dalen og i hele Extremadura.
