Irun er en spansk by i provinsen Gipuzkoa i den autonome region Baskerlandet. I Irun bor der 62.401 indbyggere på et byområde på 42 km². Irun ligger 15 km øst for provinsens hovedstad San Sebastián, lige ved den spansk-franske grænse. I øst for byen flyder grænselven Bidasoa, som munder ud i Biscayabugten ved nabobyen Hondarribia, der ligger tre kilometer væk. På den modsatte side af Bidasoa ligger den franske by Hendaye.
