Santa Eulària des Riu er en kommune i den spanske provins og region Balearerne på øen Ibiza, 15 km fra Ibiza by. Den er opkaldt efter den hellige Eulalia fra Mérida, des riu er en henvisning til floden.
Kommunen ved østkysten har et areal på 154 km² og har 36.119 40.038 indbyggere. Det er nummer to i befolkningstal blandt kommunerne på øen, efter Ibiza by. Santa Eulària des Riu består af fem sogne: byen Santa Eulària, Sant Carles de Peralta, Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera, Jesús og Es Puig d’en Valls
