Santa Eulària des Riu, en catalan et Santa Eulalia del Río en castillan, est une commune d'Espagne de l'île d'Ibiza dans la communauté autonome des Îles Baléares. Elle est située à l'est de cette île. Elle constitue un centre touristique important.
Des traces d'occupation romaine sont repérées lors des travaux notamment sur la plage de S'argamassa où un aqueduc et un bâtiment existent toujours.
