Monistrol[1] er en kommune i den katalanske kommune Bages, i provinsen Barcelona, Spanien. Den ligger under Montserrat-bjerget og er en del af bjergområdet. Floden Llobregat løber igennem kommunen og deler den i to, hvor den oprindelige bebyggelse ligger på højre bred og de nyere byudviklinger ligger på venstre bred. Kommer man fra syd, er Monistrol den første by i Bages-kommunen, 15 km fra kommunens hovedstad, Manresa. Den grænser mod nord til Castellbell og Vilar, mod øst til Vacarisas, mod vest til Marganell og mod syd til Esparraguera og Collbató.
