Santiagokathedraal er en katolsk katedral i den spanske by Bilbao. I 1950 blev kirken officielt hævet til katedral. Oprindelsen af den nuværende katedral kan sandsynligvis findes omkring år 1300, da Bilbao ikke var mere end et lille samfund af fiskere.
Templet er bygget til ære for apostelen Jakob. Bilbao og katedralen ligger på pilgrimsruten til Santiago de Compostella.
