La Catedral de Santiago de Bilbao, també coneguda com a Catedral Basílica de Santiago en Bilbao és el temple catòlic que des de 1949 alberga la seu de la Diòcesi de Bilbao. Va ser construïda entre l'última cambra del segle xiv i principis del segle xvi en estil gòtic, si bé, la seva façana i torre són el resultat d'una profunda reconstrucció realitzada en el segle xix en estil neogòtic. La Catedral pren el seu nom del patró de Bilbao, l'Apòstol Santiago el Major, en relació amb el pas per la ciutat d'un branc costaner del Camí de Sant Jaume. Es tracta de l'església gòtica més monumental de Biscaia i compleix, així mateix, la funció de parròquia. En 1819 va obtenir el rang de Basílica Menor, sent la primera església que obtenia aquest títol al País Basc.
