Moyúa, eller Elliptisk Plads, er en offentlig plads beliggende i centrum af Bilbaos udvidelse, i distriktet Abando. Pladsen blev konstrueret i 1876 som et centralt knudepunkt midt på Gran Vía de Don Diego López de Haro avenue, hvorfra de hovedsagelige otte gader stråler ud i en radiusformet struktur og blev kun kaldt Elliptisk Plads på grund af sin form. Pladsen blev renoveret i 1940'erne for at adoptere sin nuværende form, med en central fontæne og flere haver i fransk og engelsk stil, og blev omdøbt til ære for en tidligere borgmester i byen, Federico Moyúa.
