Moyúa, ou la Place Elliptique, est une place publique située au centre de l'extension de Bilbao, dans le quartier d'Abando. La place a été conçue en 1876 comme un centre névralgique au milieu de l'avenue Gran Vía de Don Diego López de Haro, d'où partent les huit principales rues en forme de rayon, et était simplement appelée Place Elliptique en raison de sa forme. La place a été rénovée dans les années 1940 pour adopter sa forme actuelle, avec une fontaine centrale et plusieurs jardins de styles français et anglais, et a été rebaptisée pour honorer un ancien maire de la ville, Federico Moyúa.
