Santa Cristina de Lena er en præromansk kirke i Asturien, bygget i midten af det 9. århundrede og beliggende i kommunen Lena i fyrstendømmet Asturien. Den ligger 35 km syd for Oviedo og 3,5 km fra Pola de Lena ad A-66, på en bakke i sognet Felgueras nær Vega del Rey, som dominerer dalen ved floden Lena. Der findes en station på Renfe-jernbanen, meget tæt på Santa Cristina, der bruges som studiecenter for den præromanske asturiske stil.
